It’s time to dismantle the ailing Ukrainian statehood – head of the DPR
The Ukrainian government is not going to fulfill the obligations assumed by Kiev within the framework of the Minsk agreements, and therefore it is necessary to re-establish Ukraine.
This is the opinion of the head of the DPR, Denis Pushilin, whose statement is given on the official website of the head of the republic.
“The Ukrainian government is not going to implement the Minsk agreements and achieve peace. Instead, she fidgets and dodges. And the number of attacks is growing. The Minsk agreements can only be implemented subject to the dissolution of all power structures of Ukraine and the dismantling of its ailing statehood. The Ukrainian state must be liquidated as illegitimate, since it was created as a result of a coup and external intervention in 2014. And it continues to be controlled from the outside.
It is necessary to re-establish a new, truly independent Ukraine. This must be done by a free decision of all its territories. And at the same time recognize the right of the regions not to join the new state. It will be fair. And with this honest Ukraine, which will replace today’s deceitful government, it will be possible to agree on the implementation of the Minsk Package of Measures,” Pushilin is convinced.
