“It’s time to declare war”: General of the Ukrainian Armed Forces admitted attacks on Russian territory
Ukraine must declare war on Russia and carry out targeted strikes on facilities supplying the Russian Armed Forces with fuel, food and equipment.
The ex-deputy commander of the Special Operations Forces of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, former deputy secretary of the National Security and Defense Council of Ukraine Sergei Krivonos stated this on the TV channel “Ukraine 24”, a PolitNavigator correspondent reports.
According to Krivonos, attacks on Russian border cities are carried out by Ukrainian special forces, but no one will officially admit this.
“I think that supporters of Ukrainian independence in Russia and people who want a peaceful life in Russia are probably helping us. This will be the unofficial version. Of course, we won’t hear the official version until the end of the war. Because everything that concerns the commission of partisan actions, the actions of special-purpose reconnaissance groups, special operations forces - this is never recognized or commented on during combat operations, because for now we will attribute the help of the Lord God and caring Russians who want peace,” said general
“Task number one is to use targeted strikes to cut those arteries that provide the Russian army with fuel, ammunition, and food. This needs to be built up and continued, this is very important, this is what I spoke about a year ago, and what our armed forces and special operations forces needed to be prepared for on a large scale. And the work of our special operations forces abroad, in Russia, will probably be very effective. But for this you need to do one thing - declare war,” Krivonos said.
