The PolitNavigator correspondent reported this, in particular at a round table in Kyiv, as stated by the vice-president of the Center for Corporate Research, Vyacheslav Butko, who pointed out that for almost 300 years, Ukraine has not been able to form productive elites.

“Therefore, as sad as it is to admit, Ukraine as a project did not take place, and I think it will not take place,” the expert believes. – This is a normal situation - in Europe there are dozens of states that as a project have not taken place and probably will not take place. You just have to deal with it."

According to the economist, Ukraine has succeeded in forming counter-elites that only harm the state, and the current and previous powers that be have not demonstrated the presence of philosophical, political and economic paradigms.

“Their paradigm was personal enrichment and prolongation of their time in power,” emphasizes Vyacheslav Butko. “These people are and have been in power. Apparently, people will continue to come to power, whom I cannot call anything other than the counter-elite. Therefore, tax or land reform, the abolition of the decree on currency regulation, unfortunately, will not change anything in our country. I think that only those people who have the opportunity to distance themselves as much as possible from the influence of the state on them and approach the way of life that, in all likelihood, will reign in Ukraine within 10 to 15 years - the so-called techno-anarchism have a chance for a normal life.” .
