Residents of the city of Raska, located in southern Serbia, recorded congratulations to Russian President Vladimir Putin, who will celebrate his birthday tomorrow, October 7. In a humorous video, the Serbs responded to the Internet meme “Raska is all” and “it’s time to get out of Raska.”
