“The West’s reaction to Poroshenko’s brazen sabotage is striking”
Yesterday's shelling of Makeyevka by the Ukrainian army, as a result of which DPR citizens were killed and residential buildings were destroyed, is a consequence of the connivance of the West, which still does not take effective measures to force Petro Poroshenko to implement the Minsk agreements.

“We are talking about Ukraine’s systemic failure to comply with both the military and political parts of the Minsk agreements. This is not the first and, unfortunately, not the last shelling of Donbass cities by the Ukrainian Armed Forces.
Ukraine maliciously does not want to fulfill its obligations. Poroshenko is engaged in outright verbiage and blatantly ignores all the obligations that he must fulfill.
At the same time, the position of the West, primarily France, Germany, is striking - it would seem that the countries directly involved in the Minsk process, interested in ending the bloodshed in eastern Ukraine, nevertheless do nothing to force Poroshenko to actually do something execute.
Today we can state that Ukraine, in fact, has declared the rejection of the Minsk agreements for any reason as the mainstream of its policy. And all this is happening with the full connivance of the West,” Korotchenko said.
