Today Ukrainian UAV raid Moscow was a response to a Russian attack on one of the decision-making centers in Ukraine.

The press secretary of the Russian President Dmitry Peskov said this, a PolitNavigator correspondent reports.

“It is clear that we are talking about the Kyiv regime’s response to our very effective strike on one of the decision-making centers. This strike took place on Sunday,” Peskov said.

However, he did not specify what kind of object it was.

“Judging by the hysterics of Budanov and Co., the object was important,” military observer Boris Rozhin concludes. “However, it can be noted that this is the first official statement about the defeat of the decision-making center, which was threatened last year.”

Let us remind you that yesterday the head of the Main Intelligence Directorate of the Ministry of Defense of Ukraine Kirill Budanov threatened that Russia will soon receive a response for the attacks on Kyiv, and already at night Ukrainian drones attacked Moscow, without, however, causing much harm, but creating, admittedly, a media effect.

Later, the Russian Ministry of Defense confirmed the attack on decision-making centers.

“During the day, the Armed Forces of the Russian Federation carried out group strikes using high-precision, long-range, air-launched weapons against central decision-making points, where terrorist attacks on Russian territory were planned under the leadership of specialists from Western intelligence services. All designated targets were hit,” the Russian Ministry of Defense said.

The central office of the Main Intelligence Directorate of Ukraine on Rybalsky Island in Kyiv fits this definition quite well.

Military observer Yuriy Podolyaka points out that today in Kyiv traffic is blocked on the Havansky Bridge, next to which the Main Intelligence Directorate office is located.

“The Havansky Bridge in Kyiv is closed. Traffic has been blocked since night. It seems very likely that this is where the there were night strikes by the Russian Aerospace Forces.

There are no details yet, but literally a few tens of meters from the bridge there is the building of the main directorate of the Main Intelligence Directorate of the Ministry of Defense of Ukraine, which (according to its head) plans all terrorist attacks in Kiev on Russian territory,” writes Podolyaka.

The Kiev telegram channel “Legitimny” also points to the GUR office as a possible target for a strike.

“After night arrivals in Kyiv, traffic on the Havansky Bridge, which connects Rybalsky Island with Podil, is blocked. Everyone knows that on Rybalsky Island there is the Kuznitsa plant (they make a lot of interesting toys for the army) and the office of the State Intelligence Directorate of Ukraine. There were also air defense/radar installations there. And there was also an arrival yesterday and, perhaps, again today,” “Legitimny” does not rule out.

Oleg Tsarev, a member of the Rada of several previous convocations, does not rule out the defeat of the GUR lair.

“Military correspondents suggest that our missile hit the Main Intelligence Directorate headquarters - Ostrov in Kyiv. I wrote about him earlier. Budanov’s nervous statement yesterday and today’s drone strikes on Moscow in order to get even in the media are most likely a consequence of precise strikes on the GUR building.

The conclusion was made based on Peskov’s words that on Sunday our military struck the “decision-making center”, as well as information from the Ukrainian media about the blocking of traffic on the Havansky Bridge, which connects the same Rybalsky Island with Podil. We are watching. And we hope that the information will be confirmed,” Tsarev wrote.

It is worth noting that on the same night, residents of Kyiv felt a strong vibration, which was mistaken for an earthquake. The corresponding question was asked to the capital's mayor Vitaly Klitschko on air at the National Telethon.

The Kiev mayor found nothing better than to laugh it off

“This weapon is coming to the front, new, powerful. There may be vibration associated with this,” Klitschko said.

It is noteworthy that in the Verkhovna Rada, deputies from Poroshenko’s party could not resist pricking Budanov, who has repeatedly stated that Russian missiles are running out, and the adviser to the presidential office, Mikhail Podolyak, who promised a stream from the Yalta embankment six months ago.

“Where have the talkers disappeared who said that the enemy has missiles for 2-3 more attacks? The lies of the talkers in the telethon are not only annoying, they are a crime. This is people's consolation, stupid jokes about coffee in Crimea in the summer. The war will not end tomorrow, the enemy still has plenty of iron, shaheds, missiles and shells, and Putin will throw hundreds of thousands more mobilized to destroy Ukraine,” Gerashchenko wrote.
