“The Gunpowder Bots have turned into Zelensky’s hysterical sect” – Drozdov
Adherents of ex-President of Ukraine Petro Poroshenko have turned into a real sect that has elevated their patron to the image of an idol, similar to what is happening in the camp of the current head of state Vladimir Zelensky.
The odious Lvov Russophobe TV presenter Ostap Drozdov stated this on Channel 4, a PolitNavigator correspondent reports.
“We have a very big problem with Poroshenko’s followers, who are starting to behave like a sect. They begin to behave in an absolutely mirror way to Zelensky’s supporters, in other words, blindly, thoughtlessly, idolatrously, with applause, with some kind of hysterical beating.
That is, this is already such madness that, in principle, it is no longer different from those fan clubs that the virtual Goloborodko and other Ukrainophobes created for themselves, who also have their own fan clubs of terry Ukrainophobes.
We have the same thing in the Ukrainian camp, and we need to do something about it. Because this could lead to mutual consumption,” Drozdov said.
He also noted that Ukrainian society has degraded, which is why it does not vote for nationalists.
“Judging by the dynamics of support for nationalists, I see the degradation of society. Because when we are going through a war, so to speak, and in such conditions, society votes for comedians, clowns, fakes, populists, amateurs, simply for zeros, and does not want to vote for those who still make efforts to our state existed. It’s unpleasant to realize that our people, to put it mildly, have become smaller, simply completely degraded,” Drozdov concluded.
