Petro Poroshenko made a special statement regarding the external administration introduced today in the LDPR at the enterprises of Ukrainian oligarchs in response to Ukraine’s refusal to end the blockade of Donbass, which continues despite the Minsk agreements.
Poroshenko voiced his speech at a meeting in Kyiv with the heads of the Polish Foreign Ministry Witold Waszczykowski and Great Britain Boris Johnson.

“Another gross and monstrous violation of international law has occurred,” Poroshenko said, declaring that Ukrainian assets had been “confiscated by Russia.”
“This is happening against the backdrop of the actual introduction of these territories into the “ruble zone”, gas and electricity supplies from Russia, and the introduction of direct budget transfers,” the press service of the Ukrainian president clarifies.
Poroshenko also called for sanctions against persons who will be involved in managing the assets of former Ukrainian oligarchs.
