Kyiv, March 16 (PolitNavigator, Alexandra Ignatieva) –  In Berlin, Ukrainian President Petro Poroshenko must achieve the lifting of the “veto” on arms supplies from the United States.

“The main thing that the president must achieve in Berlin is to remove the veto from Europe. And in Europe, this means in Germany, for the supply of lethal weapons to Ukraine from the United States, because it was Mrs. Merkel and Mr. Hollande who disrupted the supply of arms to Ukraine in February,” said Viktor Vovk, a people’s deputy from Oleg Lyashko’s Radical Party faction, on the TV channel “ 112".

Let us remind you that Ukrainian President Petro Poroshenko is visiting Germany, where he is scheduled to meet with German Federal Chancellor Angela Merkel.

As PolitNavigator reported, Poroshenko earlier said that the arms embargo had been lifted.
