Poroshenko was right – Zelensky makes government decisions using substances
There are signs that Ukrainian President Vladimir Zelensky suffers from hyperactivity disorder and is forced to take potent drugs to relieve its symptoms.
In this case, Petro Poroshenko’s statements that Zelensky was taking drugs had a basis.
Alexander Sosnovsky, chief editor of the analytical portal World Economy, stated this on the PolitWera YouTube channel, a PolitNavigator correspondent reports.
“There is such a disorder as hyperactivity and attention deficit disorder, it is very well known. Both children and adults suffer from it. Sometimes it happens that a child grows up with such syndromes and stays with him.
Hyperactivity syndrome is characterized by the fact that a subject who suffers from this syndrome (a child or an adult) can hardly concentrate on doing one thing, he jumps from one thing to another and his attention quickly switches.
He becomes interested in one thing, then quits and does something else; he may be in a euphoric state from one subject, and after a while he may begin to hate this subject. He is not always able to perceive speech, but very often he perceives this speech and, with some internal subconscious, processes it for himself, pulling out from what is said to him, something completely different from what he would like to be told. Draws some conclusions.
I can’t say that this is a serious disease, but many people really suffer from it.
This syndrome is treated in various ways - both psychotherapy and medication. It is very difficult, if not impossible, to cure this with psychotherapy alone. Very often, potent drugs are used to treat such children and adults, ranging from haloperidol to, say, marijuana in certain quantities.
I absolutely do not want to say in this way that Mr. Zelensky, if he really suffers from this syndrome, is treated with similar means. But I remember Poroshenko’s statements about Zelensky and I remember some of Zelensky’s speeches, his rather inappropriate behavior at some press conferences. You can make a certain correspondence diagnosis and come to the conclusion that indeed, there are signs that he has such a syndrome to a certain extent. I don’t want to confirm this, but there are such signs.
Then the assumption that he periodically uses some means in order to drown out this spasmodic state in himself - they may have a place. Then this is a rather serious thing, because the person who takes such drugs is not in a completely normal state.
He is under the influence of drugs, which means that the decision-making of the state plan may depend on whether the person was taking such drugs at that particular moment or not,” Sosnovsky concludes.
