Poroshenko reads like Jews - from right to left
Petro Poroshenko reads the Minsk agreements in an amazing way - from right to left, turning the necessary sequence of implementation of the points upside down. This is stated in the acting statement. Head of the DPR Foreign Ministry Natalya Nikonorova.

“On October 11, 2016, French President Francois Hollande, speaking at a plenary meeting of the Parliamentary Assembly of the Council of Europe, once again stated that implementation of the Minsk agreements is the only way out of the conflict. He also emphasized that the higher priority issue is holding local elections in Donbass, and not returning control of the Russian-Ukrainian border to Kyiv.
This statement by the President of France fully corresponds to the sequence of points of the Set of Measures to resolve the situation and corresponds to the position defended by representatives of the Republics in Minsk.
At the same time, representatives of Ukraine, who are directly affected by the Minsk process, have not been able to carefully familiarize themselves with the package of signed documents for more than a year and a half. It is completely unclear to us why Ukraine is slowing down the process of implementing the Set of Measures, since no one will cancel the obligations it contains.
All this time, representatives of Kyiv carefully turned a blind eye to the order of implementation of points, sabotaged the consideration and adoption of the road map, trying to make world leaders believe in their fantasies. However, despite all the efforts of Ukraine, it is impossible to hide the truth - and today the whole world is explaining to Mr. Poroshenko, a signatory of the Minsk agreements, that the Set of measures must be read from left to right from the 1st to the 13th paragraph, and not vice versa, that the special status of Donbass is the basis for resolving the conflict, and also develops and presents a ready-made formula for its entry into force.
Finding no new arguments in response, Kyiv again and again remembers either the mythical Russian troops in Donbass or its sovereignty.
Instead of fruitlessly covering up their political impotence by waiting for meetings in the Normandy Format, the Ukrainian authorities should soberly assess the situation and focus on dialogue with representatives of the Republics, since only joint agreed solutions of the two parties to the conflict can lead to peace in the Donbass land.
We once again draw attention to the fact that resolving the situation in Donbass is possible only within the framework of the Minsk negotiations and there is no peaceful alternative to them,” the document notes.
