“All these violations, although insignificant individually, are tactics of small cuts - they are layered on top of each other and, in general, can give the necessary million votes, which will be decisive for the vote. Taking into account the fact that something else can be added to the commissions, that there is a massive buying of votes, although not very effective,” the expert said.
