Poroshenko relies on the tactics of small cuts
Petro Poroshenko’s headquarters is relying on the “tactics of small cuts” - the regime will use a number of minor violations in the upcoming elections, which together can provide the necessary number of votes for the current president to advance to the second round.
Ruslan Bortnik, director of the Ukrainian Institute of Policy Analysis and Management, stated this at a press conference in Kyiv, a PolitNavigator correspondent reports.
“All these violations, although insignificant individually, are tactics of small cuts - they are layered on top of each other and, in general, can give the necessary million votes, which will be decisive for the vote. Taking into account the fact that something else can be added to the commissions, that there is a massive buying of votes, although not very effective,” the expert said.
