This was reported by the Presidential Administration.

“If there was a congratulation, it would definitely appear on the president’s website. All official congratulations appear on the website of the head of state. He (congratulations – ed.) is not there,” the AP reported.

Let us remind you that Russian President Vladimir Putin turned 63 years old today.

As previously reported, Vladimir Putin also did not congratulate Poroshenko on his recent 50th birthday.
