Ukraine does not need gay pride parades that Europe is imposing, said opponents of the LGTB march that took place in Kyiv today, which ended in a scuffle with a stabbing.
Initially, as PolitNavigator already reported, the procession was planned along the Obolonskaya embankment, but after a brawl broke out between nationalists and police officers, it was curtailed, but then the clashes continued under the Dream-Town shopping and entertainment center.

It is worth noting that the security of a relatively small action was provided by a huge number of law enforcement officers brought from different regions of Ukraine. Visually, the post-Maidan authorities did not use such a number of Ministry of Internal Affairs soldiers in one place, either to protect the Verkhovna Rada during much more numerous rallies, or on May 1 and 9, when radicals attacked those celebrating.
“Gay parades are Europe’s problems,” opponents of the LGTB march told a PolitNavigator correspondent. – Who in our house can impose something on us? What if tomorrow Europe demands to legalize drug addiction? We will also say: yes, let's drug addiction. And then Europe will demand sanitary shooting of unwanted people. And we, like sheep, will agree. And what difference does it make that Yanukovych led us to Russia, that we are now going to Europe. We need to take the right things from Europe, and not transfer everything negative. Let's open the borders again, let the Chinese come to us. Tomorrow there will be 100 million Chinese here.”
