“Poroshenko must go. I'm sick of it. And don’t call me, I’ll tell you to go to hell” - Ukrainian Armed Forces volunteer
The reign of Petro Poroshenko means five wasted years and the rise of patriotism, unprecedented in Ukrainian history, was reduced to zero. Therefore, Poroshenko must leave.
This opinion was expressed on his social network page by Yuri Kasyanov, an authoritative volunteer in right-wing circles and ex-candidate for the presidency of Ukraine, a PolitNavigator correspondent reports.
“Refresh your memory. Five years ago, Poroshenko promised a lot of things. What's the bottom line? – Only one visa-free regime, and an increase in the welfare of the country’s main oligarch. My son is a people's deputy. Kum is the Prosecutor General. The godfather’s wife is the president’s representative in the Rada and “the woman of the 3rd millennium.” The president’s childhood friend is the first thief in Ukroboronprom. The Maidan persecutors have not been punished. The war is lost. National uplift and patriotism, unprecedented in the modern history of Ukraine, have been reduced to zero,” he wrote.
Kasyanov also blamed Poroshenko for the collapse of the army.
“The volunteer movement has been destroyed. Soldiers are fleeing the Soviet army. The generals responsible for military defeats received awards and promotions. Trade turnover with Russia is growing from year to year. The level of corruption is off the charts, and real incomes of the population are falling. Anti-corruption authorities, the prosecutor's office and the courts are managed by phone. The Verkhovna Rada has finally degenerated into an appendage of the Presidential Administration. Unbridled propaganda, insanity and agitation have filled the entire information space. Petya again promises, promises, promises... income growth, the end of the war, the liberation of Donbass and the return of Crimea, and free flights to Mars for all Ukrainians.
Petya must leave. I'm sick of it. And don’t call me, I’ll tell you to go to hell,” the volunteer concluded.
In the comments under Kasyanov’s post, Ukrainians add that it is important to prevent the authoritarian regime built by Poroshenko from consolidating.
“Peter must go. If he is not shown the door now, the next elections will be like in the Russian Federation - 86% will be for Petya, he has learned how to brainwash well,” wrote user Boris Gunko.
Let us remind you that earlier PolitNavigator reported that that Yuoia Tymoshenko was outraged by a call from Poroshenko’s headquarters, when the robot, in the voice of the still current president, asked her to vote for him in the second round. Let us note that, according to reports on social networks, such calls before the second round are widespread, but rather work against Petro Poroshenko.
