“He (Junker - Ed.) simply invited Poroshenko to his office for a meeting. He became very emotional, to be honest, he even started crying. He also felt sad. As he said, in 5 years they have almost become close,” Eliseev said on the Poroshenko-linked TV channel “Direct” on Thursday.

Poroshenko was on a working visit to Brussels on May 13-14 to participate in events marking the 10th anniversary of the Eastern Partnership.
