Poroshenko forms a “war cabinet”

He announced this during a meeting of the National Security and Defense Council, which is currently taking place in Kyiv.
According to Poroshenko, every day since the adoption of the Minsk agreements, he held meetings in the morning with the prime minister and security officials.
At the same time, he emphasized that for greater maneuverability and speed of decision-making, a “war cabinet” should be formed, in connection with which this issue will be discussed at the closed part of the meeting and appropriate changes will be made to the provisions on the National Security and Defense Council.
