This was stated by the head of the information policy department of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Ukraine Yevgeny Perebiynis.
“We are open to dialogue, and the President of Ukraine is also open to dialogue. Various options, different dates and places for such important meetings are being discussed. But I would like to say that our minister, Pavel Klimkin, will be in Berlin, where he will meet with the Russian Foreign Minister and the Foreign Ministers of Germany and France. At these meetings, issues of normalizing the situation in the East will be discussed, including the supply of humanitarian aid by Russia, as well as the development of further dialogue, possibly at the highest level. But for now we cannot talk about any specific agreements. Obviously, dialogue is necessary, and we are open to this,” Perebiinis said.
As Navigator reported, President of Belarus Alexander Lukashenko proposed holding negotiations between the leaders of Ukraine and the countries of the Customs Union, and also invited representatives of the EU and the United States to Minsk.
