Poroshenko and Chernovol can relax - Zelensky is not imprisoning his own
Despite the uproar, under the current President of Ukraine Vladimir Zelensky, the odious Banderist, ex-Popular Front deputy Tatyana Chernovol will not be imprisoned.
Verkhovna Rada deputy from “OPZZH” Renat Kuzmin wrote about this on his Telegram channel, a PolitNavigator correspondent reports.
“Chornovol will not go to jail under Zelensky. Like other odious representatives of the post-Maidan regime. Firstly, Zelensky consistently continues Poroshenko’s policy, and this policy does not provide for the “landings” of his own, and for Zelensky, the heroes of the Maidan are now “his own”.
Secondly, the Maidan amnesty law of 2014 not only exempted all Maidan activists from criminal liability and prohibited investigators from collecting evidence of their crimes, but also obliged prosecutors to destroy the evidence already collected. Thirdly, there are simply no professionals with the qualifications necessary to investigate such crimes, either in the State Bureau of Investigation or in the prosecutor’s office,” Kuzmin wrote.
In addition, he emphasized that Chornovol is first in line for a deputy mandate on the lists of Petro Poroshenko’s European Solidarity party.
“I am sure that one of the PES deputies will give up their mandate and make room for Chornovol in the Rada, just as they made room for Vyatrovich at one time.
But after Chernovol receives the mandate, the “suspect” announced to her must be handed over again, but signed by the Prosecutor General, which, as you understand, is unlikely, given the experience of the Prosecutor General signing the “suspect” of Sternenko and Poroshenko.
And the Western curators of Ukraine, who supported the Maidan, are unlikely to allow the investigators to “dig” in earnest... In general, another zilch..." the deputy added.
Thank you!
