Poroshenko and Turchynov will have the right to declare undesirables “terrorists” without a court decision
Kyiv, January 21 (PolitNavigator, Mikhail Ryabov) – Prime Minister of Ukraine Arseniy Yatsenyuk appealed to the Verkhovna Rada to support the government’s draft law on the procedure for recognizing organizations as “terrorist”.

“The government proposes to vest the National Security and Defense Council, whose decisions are put into effect by decrees of the President of Ukraine, with powers to recognize organizations as terrorist, and to determine the list of terrorist organizations by decree of the President of Ukraine,” the prime minister said at a meeting of the Cabinet of Ministers.
Previously, the Verkhovna Rada allowed trials in absentia and confiscation of property of citizens hiding from justice after being accused of crimes against the state.
