Kyiv, November 26 (PolitNavigator, Vladimir Raichenko) – Despite Kyiv’s declarations about reducing dependence on Russian energy resources, this dependence has only intensified recently.

Valentin Zemlyansky, director of energy programs at the Center for World Economy and International Relations of the National Academy of Sciences of Ukraine, drew attention to this paradoxical fact during a press conference in Kyiv.
