Kyiv, August 28 (Navigator, Mikhail Ryabov) – Petro Poroshenko, due to the sharply worsened situation in Donbass, canceled his visit to Turkey, where he was supposed to take part in the inauguration ceremony of the new president.
Instead, Poroshenko convenes a meeting of the Security Council of Ukraine.

“In fact, Russian troops entered Ukraine,” Poroshenko said.
He also said that Kyiv would initiate a meeting of the UN Security Council to inform the world community about Moscow's actions.
