This was reported by the official website of Petro Poroshenko.

“The National Guard will be staffed by professionally trained military personnel who will serve under contract. By the way, the institution of military clergy has been introduced in the National Guard. The selection of clergy is already underway to streamline 44 chaplain positions in various military units of the National Guard of Ukraine,” the website quotes the Ukrainian president.
