Poroshenko legalized separatism at the state level
The decision on the transport blockade of Donbass, yesterday legalized NSDC Ukraine, can be protested in the Ukrainian Constitutional Court.

This is the opinion in the commentary to Moskovsky Komsomolets expressed Head of the Ukrainian Politics Foundation Kost Bondarenko.
“Negotiations with participants in the blockade ended in nothing, so Poroshenko decided to act on the principle “if drinking cannot be avoided, it must be led.” But the decision of the National Security and Defense Council can be appealed in the Constitutional Court, since this is separatism legalized at the state level,” the expert noted.
He also pointed out that the decision to legalize the blockade was insisted on by the Secretary of the National Security and Defense Council, Alexander Turchynov, who relies on deputies from the Popular Front.
“They now claim that this was an incredibly wise decision by which the authorities demonstrated their strength and determination. By doing this, Turchynov wants to prove that he is able to restore order in the country, says Bondarenko. “He needs this in the context of the fight for the post of Prime Minister of Ukraine, which he has wanted to occupy for a very long time and does not hide this desire from anyone, especially since on April 15, the current head of the Cabinet of Ministers, Volodymyr Groysman, expires his term of office.”
