Neither the EU nor Russia in Berlin made any concessions or changes to the Minsk agreements, which Poroshenko repeatedly insisted on, agrees military expert Igor Korotchenko, editor of the National Defense magazine.
“The Minsk agreements comprehensively describe the order of implementation and the sequence of points, so nothing new was said at the Normandy Four meeting. What happened at the beginning of the Minsk process has been confirmed, since the same Merkel and Holland are participants in the process. The Minsk agreements clearly state what follows what, no matter how Kyiv tries to interpret them,” Korotchenko concluded.
