“Elections in the DPR are scheduled for October 18. They are ready to transfer them to the DPR if the Rada calls elections according to Ukrainian law, agreed upon with representatives of Donbass. The first meeting of the Rada is on October 6th. How will you manage everything, Peter? Are we not looking at the papers we sign again?” – summed up Chesnakov.
