Poroshenko awarded orders of merit to Yatsenyuk, Klimkin and the head of the Soros Foundation
Petro Poroshenko awarded the former Prime Minister of Ukraine Arseniy Yatsenyuk the Order of Prince Yaroslav the Wise, IV degree.

This is stated in decree No. 165/2017 “On awarding state awards of Ukraine,” the website of the Ukrainian president reports.
“For significant personal contribution to the implementation of the European integration aspirations of Ukraine, the introduction by the European Union of a visa-free regime, strengthening the international authority of the state, many years of fruitful work and high professionalism, I decide to award the Order of Prince Yaroslav the Wise, IV degree, to Arseniy Petrovich Yatsenyuk, Prime Minister of Ukraine in 2014-2016.” , says the text of the document.
In addition, according to Poroshenko’s decree, the Order of Merit, III degree, was awarded to the Minister of Foreign Affairs of Ukraine Pavel Klimkin, the chairman of the board of the Soros International Renaissance Foundation, the scientific director of the Institute of Euro-Atlantic Cooperation Alexander Sushko and others.
