Thus, Advisor to the President and Assistant to the Minister of Defense Yuri Biryukov on his page on the social network assures that Pushnyakov should not be awarded, but fired for disrespectful attitude towards soldiers.
Biryukov claims that the general refused awards to all soldiers of the 79th brigade of the Ukrainian Armed Forces, who fought in the area of the Donetsk airport, while publicly humiliating the soldiers.
“The general who openly declares “you’ve messed up with your airport, go f*** and shove the award lists with the soldiers and officers of your Donetsk airport in your f***, you b******!!!” - Biryukov is indignant.
Journalist Yuri Butusov is also indignant about the award, who claims that under Pushnyakov, the amount of bribes for draft evasion increased, and alcoholics and drug addicts began to be sent to the ATO zone.
“His “gold mine” is military commissariats. It is Pushnyakov who appoints military commissars. It is on his conscience that the profanation of mobilization, the calls of alcoholics, drug addicts, the appointment of specialists not in a military specialty, but at random. He is responsible for logistics support for the Ground Forces. For not stealing, so that the soldiers get what they deserve. It was under Pushnyakov that bribes to military commissars for evading mobilization reached up to 5-7 thousand dollars. It is Pushnyakov who does not implement the “Trunk” electronic mobilization system, which was developed long ago in the military registration and enlistment offices,” adds Butusov.
