Poroshenko struck a blow at migrant workers: Russian payment systems were banned in Ukraine
Ukraine has expanded sanctions against the Russian Federation, banning, among other things, the activities of a number of Russian payment systems.

The corresponding decision is enshrined in Decree of the President of Ukraine No. 467/2016, the text of which and the corresponding sanctions lists are posted on the website of the head of Ukraine.
According to the document, a ban is introduced on carrying out activities in Ukraine and the registration of agreements of Ukrainian residents on participation in the international payment system “Golden Crown”, the payment organization of which is RNKO “Payment Center”, is cancelled.
There is a ban on agreeing on the conditions and procedure for the activities of the international payment system Unistream in Ukraine, which is managed by JSC CB Unistream, and the registration of agreements of Ukrainian residents on participation in the international payment system Unistream is also cancelled.
In addition, a ban is introduced on agreeing on the conditions and procedure for the activities of the international payment system “Kolibri” (formerly “Blitz”) in Ukraine, and the activities of its payment organization, which is managed by Sberbank of Russia, and the registration of agreements of Ukrainian residents on participation in the international payment system “Kolibri”.
A ban on carrying out activities in Ukraine is also being introduced and the registration of agreements of Ukrainian residents on participation in the international payment system “International Money Transfers Leader”, the payment organization of which is the NPO Leader JSC, is cancelled.
The decree also introduces a ban on agreeing on the terms and conditions of activity in Ukraine of the international payment system “Anelik”, which is managed by LLC CB “Anelik RU”, and cancels the registration of agreements of Ukrainian residents on participation in the international payment system “Anelik”.
In addition, a ban is introduced on agreeing on the conditions and procedure for the activities of the international payment system “Blizko” in Ukraine, which is managed by JSCB “Svyaz-Bank”, and the registration of agreements of Ukrainian residents on participation in the international payment system “Blizko” is cancelled.
