“To appoint Andrey Stanislavovich Putilov as chairman of the Kherson Regional State Administration,” the document says. Earlier, Poroshenko dismissed Yuriy Odarchenko, a representative of Batkivshchyna, from the post of head of the Kherson Regional State Administration.
Andrey Putilov is a people’s deputy of the Verkhovna Rada of the 183th convocation, elected in electoral district No. XNUMX from the party “UDAR Vitaliy Klitschko”.
Let us recall that during the last election campaign for elections to the Verkhovna Rada, activists of the public movement “Chestno” in Kherson conducted a raid to verify information about the bribery of voters with food packages by the then deputy of the Kherson City Council, deputy chairman of the Kherson regional organization of the “UDAR” party, Andrei Putilov. “Chesnovtsy” went to one of the centers for the distribution of food packages, where they recorded the presence of both packaged products (in accordance with the list indicated in individual coupons from A. Putilov) and unpackaged products (in significant quantities). After this, “Chesno” announced that Putilov was bribing voters.
