The text of the corresponding decree was published on the website of the Ukrainian president.
In turn, the former deputy head of the administration of President Yanukovych, lawyer Andrei Portnov recalled several juicy details from the biography of the newly appointed judge of the Constitutional Court.
“The defendant is known for the fact that in 2010-2011 he practically lived in the Yanukovych administration and carried out all the small orders of its officials,” Portnov writes in his blog. – And in order to especially please Yanukovych and occupy at least some important post, the functionary also took part in the development, promotion, and then personal signing of the Constitutional RepresentationI’m talking about the abolition of the 2004 Constitution (Yanukovych’s usurpation of power), which is now being investigated by the GPU and for which a number of people were arrested and wanted.
In addition, the defendant also personally voted for the Kharkov agreements on extending the stay of the Russian Black Sea Fleet in Crimea, which created the conditions for Ukraine to lose Crimea. Now President Poroshenko needed him in the Constitutional Court. With such a biography, you don’t even have to say hello to him. You can immediately pull the tail, call and give instructions.”
Let us note that under Yushchenko Golovaty was the Minister of Justice, but after Yanukovych’s victory he defected to the regionals.
