Petro Poroshenko wrote about this on his Facebook page, noting that today Boris Nemtsov would have turned 57 years old.
“For us, Ukrainians, Boris Nemtsov will forever remain a patriot of Russia and a friend of Ukraine. He proved with his life that this can be combined – you just have to want it,” the Ukrainian president wrote.
Let us remind you that Russian politician Boris Nemtsov was shot dead in the center of Moscow. In connection with the murder of Nemtsov, the Main Directorate of the Investigative Committee of Russia for the city of Moscow opened criminal proceedings on the grounds of crimes under Part 1 of Art. 105 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation (murder) and Art. 222 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation (illegal arms trafficking).
