Petro Poroshenko will not be able to attract Mikheil Saakashvili for breaking the border, said former speaker of the Ukrainian Foreign Ministry Oleg Voloshin.
According to him, previously the article on criminal liability for border violations was decriminalized as part of Ukraine’s European integration.
