Director of the Center for Political Marketing Vasily Stoyakin stated this at a press conference in Kyiv, a PolitNavigator correspondent reports.

“My first feeling about this case is: who was so insanely brave in the presidential administration that he took such a radical step of force? – noted the political scientist. – I thought for a long time, but did not come to definite conclusions. Most likely, the source of this order is outside Ukraine. Is this a team with Tankova (the street where the US Embassy is located in Kyiv. – Ed.), or even from Washington itself. It’s just hard for me to imagine who is so crazy here to give such an order.”

According to the expert, Poroshenko has other methods - he prefers to negotiate rather than resolve such issues by force.
