Poroshenko cannot resist the temptation: The website of the Central Election Commission of Ukraine can be hacked in 3 minutes
Experts have long been well aware of the “holes” in the security of the website of the Central Election Commission of Ukraine, which can be easily hacked by hackers, but on the eve of the presidential elections, the authorities chose not to address the possibility of interference in the operation of the resource.
Chairman of the public organization “My Voice” Dmitry Lubkin stated this at a press conference in Kyiv, a PolitNavigator correspondent reports.
“The latest crash tests of the Central Election Commission, which were carried out by Cyber Alliance just the other day, showed that the “holes” were and still are. The CEC website is completely unreliable. It can be “filled up” within 2-3 minutes. That is, you can upload almost any results to it.
This is another big problem that we may well face. That is, 146% for the candidate, which appeared on the CEC website, is a reality, because no one has closed the holes in four years,” the social activist said.
Earlier it became known that the Central Election Commission ordered the printing of about 60 million ballots on the eve of the elections. This is twice as much as the real population of Ukraine, which decreased due to the withdrawal of Crimea and Donbass, as well as mass migration abroad after the victory of Euromaidan.
