Poroshenko will not implement the Minsk agreements until his American handlers want it
Poroshenko is an American puppet and until Trump or the American administration benefits, they will not force him to comply with the Minsk agreements.

“Now we need to force Poroshenko and his entire uncontrollable team to implement the Minsk agreements to the letter. Everything is clearly stated in the Minsk agreements, Poroshenko signed it, so let him fulfill the guarantees of rights and free elections on the territory of the republics. He's afraid of it, he won't do it because he knows what the choice will be. Unfortunately, under this criminal government that is now in Kyiv, I do not think that the Minsk agreements will be implemented in full or will ever be implemented at all. If only Poroshenko’s American curators want and force them to implement the Minsk agreements to the letter, the situation will unfreeze and everything will be great. But this is fantastic, I don’t think it will happen,” said Mamontov.
