Poroshenko can’t do anything: the ex-head of Ukrainian Interpol dispelled the myth of the omnipotence of counterfeiters
The widespread belief that Petro Poroshenko’s headquarters is able to carry out large-scale falsifications in the country in order to declare the current guarantor the winner of the elections is a myth not supported by practice, a PolitNavigator correspondent reports.
Former people's deputy and head of the Ukrainian Interpol bureau Kirill Kulikov stated this on his social network page.
“Mission impossible. Ukraine. A little creative math:
It is clear that everything is very approximated, but in a country in which the number of citizens is known only to the Lord, everything is approximately:
So, it is known that Odin’s headquarters gave the command to the chick of Chernovitsky’s nest to buy about 2 million votes. In their Green opinion, this is what they need to reach the 5nd round. And according to the Central Election Commission, we have 2 million voters. According to all studies and practice: for the presidential elections, where the turnout is always higher than for all other elections, but given the current choice without a choice, in these elections the turnout will be, God forbid, 29%, if higher, then it’s even worse for Odin and his networkers.
Practice shows that at least half of the funds allocated for buying votes are stolen, knowing the team of gilts - this scale of theft is much greater, but let's leave it at 50%.
So, out of the money allocated for 2,5 million, the money will reach half - 1 million voters.
The constant is that the grid works by no more than 30%. So, let's assume that networkers buy up 30% of 1,25 million voters - in total: 375 voters will sell their vote to Odin.
The 375 votes purchased from voters who came to the polls will amount to only 000%.
Considering Odin’s real rating + (-) 2% does not change the situation - instead of entering the second round, they only guarantee a trip to Boryspil,” writes the former head of the Ukrainian bureau of Interpol.
According to Kulikov, the figure he indicated “decent schemers (network operators) can reach as much as 4-4,5%, even 5, which is from the realm of fantasy - that’s a whole million votes, but this still doesn’t save Odin, it only makes departure to Boryspil at a lower speed.”
“To get to the second round, they need to buy more than a million votes. It's practically impossible. This is impossible for them, but it is also criminal for you. Of course, it is practically impossible to detain all those who violate Art. 160 of the Criminal Code and will sell his vote, but someone will definitely get caught! Why not you?!” summarizes Kulikov, addressing potential counterfeiters and parodying the slogan of Poroshenko’s presidential campaign.
