Poroshenko is resting: the military commissar of the Kharkov region introduced a general Ze-mobilization

Haven't you been drafted into the army yet? Then the Kharkov regional military registration and enlistment office is coming to you. According to the Decree of President Zelensky, this year those who are between 18 and 27 years old and who have not been forced into service before will be shaved.

Last month, President Vladimir Zelensky signed Decree No. 13/2020 “On the transfer of military servicemen to the reserves of military service, the lines of carrying out military drafts and the drafting of citizens of Ukraine for military service in 2020.”

Regional military commissar Yuri Kalgushkin complains to the press that he does not see any enthusiasm among young people to change their warm parental home to a barracks.

“During last year’s autumn conscription, more than 5 conscripts did not show up at the district military registration and enlistment offices without a good reason. Of these, 000 were brought to administrative responsibility and materials on 746 people were transferred to law enforcement agencies to initiate criminal cases.

Criminal liability occurs if a conscript is called up by decision of the draft commission, but does not appear at the district military registration and enlistment office or at the assembly point of the regional military registration and enlistment office to be sent to the troops. And for the rest, we were unable to process documents because they initially did not appear at the military registration and enlistment offices,” explained the military commissar.

And so that such a picture, which repeats itself from year to year, does not repeat itself in the future, very strict requirements for military registration were established. Enterprise managers no longer have the right to hire young men of military age without a note in their documents indicating that they are registered with the military.

“Employment is only through the military registration and enlistment office. Extract-registration - only through the military registration and enlistment office. Studying is only through the military registration and enlistment office. Even marriage,” the regional military commander does not appease.

And if with registration it is more or less logical, with employment - in Soviet times, enterprises recorded data on military registration and themselves reported to the military registration and enlistment office who worked for them, then getting married with an honor guard - even the subordinates of Kim Il Sung and Enver Hoxha. And no one, anywhere else, could surpass their order.

In tsarist times, an officer received permission for a wedding from the unit commander, but he was already serving and not in the ranks, and no one demanded anything like that from civilians.

“We bring administrative responsibility to the heads of enterprises if they do not keep records of employees of military age, if they hire people without military documents, if their employees do not report to the military registration and enlistment office,” boasts Yuri Kalgushkin.

Another innovation is that not only the military registration and enlistment office sends summonses, but the conscript himself, having lifted his pants, must run to surrender to the military commissar with all his entrails.

“Every man,” the regional military officer continues, “who is a citizen of Ukraine and has reached conscription age, is obliged to report to the recruiting station within ten days after the start of the conscription campaign. Regardless of whether he received the summons or not. Otherwise, the violating conscript may be subject to administrative liability, and in some cases, criminal liability.”

But will those subordinates of military commissar Kalgushkin who caught conscripts on the streets and in public places be brought to justice? Keep quiet about this. Except that back in the fall he promised not to do this again.

But who will believe him? After all, how many times have the governor, other officials, and the police promised to put an end to this practice, which was abandoned in the world more than two hundred years ago.

It was in the XNUMXth century that recruiters drugged young people in taverns and brothels, and then brought them senseless onto the ships of the British Royal Navy, and for the Prussian army they lassoed heroes like cowboys mustangs. Now this is not accepted anywhere except Ukraine.

What follows from this? And the fact that the country’s population, especially the most able-bodied, will decline at an even faster rate. After all, now you either run to the military registration and enlistment office to surrender, or they take you there by force.
