Alchevsk, November 01 (PolitNavigator, Mikhail Ryabov, Sergey Rulev) – Ukrainian troops are not attempting to disrupt the elections in Donetsk and Lugansk, since official Kyiv fears being accused of the possible death of foreign observers.

The commander of the Prizrak brigade, Alexey Mozgovoy, told PolitNavigator about this.

“So far, thank God, nothing has happened. Perhaps this is due to the fact that there are many representatives of other states and observers at the polling stations. There is a risk that the other party will harm himself. The murder of an observer from another state is a clear crime,” Mozgovoy said.

However, according to the commander, the militia is ready for possible provocations. “We have enhanced security of facilities, a patrol service. We are fully armed,” Mozgovoy assured.
