Poroshenko: Let Donbass go? It's possible
Petro Poroshenko admits that Ukraine could fence itself off from Donbass with a wall, but this would happen under a different president.
The head of state voiced this forecast in an interview with his own Channel 5.

“Build a wall. Give up part of the territory. We will live without Donbass. Is this option possible? Available. But as the President of Ukraine, I will not trade. And this, if you want, can happen under another Ukrainian president. I will not give a piece of Ukrainian land to anyone. I will fight to return every land - both the annexed Crimea and the occupied territory of Donbass. There is a way to ensure the restoration of Ukrainian sovereignty and Ukrainian power in this territory,” Poroshenko assured.
