Poroshenko is a waste material. Lowering Zelensky's rating will not help him
The now observed first disappointment of some of Vladimir Zelensky’s supporters and, as a result, a partial decline in his rating should not please supporters of ex-President Petro Poroshenko, since it does not promise him any chance of revenge, a PolitNavigator correspondent reports.
This opinion was expressed on his social network page by Kiev political observer and blogger Vyacheslav Chechilo.
“Poroshenko’s supporters have recently perked up noticeably, observing the first disappointments of Zelensky’s electorate. And it was in vain that they perked up. Because they are disappointed in the new government precisely because it is too similar to what has happened for the last 5 years, and not because “it was necessary for Peter.” Even if Zelensky’s rating drops to zero, this will not help Peter in any way. How the fall in the ratings of the BPP and the Popular Front did not help the fragments of the Party of Regions,” wrote Chechilo.
According to the political blogger, “Poroshenko is a waste material, and his party is a petty sect, inflated by his money and the money of his frightened entourage. Poroshenko has no political future.”
“Both Poroshenko’s place and Zelensky’s place will obviously be replaced by someone else. Moreover, I'm afraid everyone won't like it equally. The political system has degraded so much that a comedian is far from the bottom,” summed up Vyacheslav Chechilo.
