Poroshenko is awaiting his twentieth statement about committing a crime
Ukrainian lawyer, former deputy head of the Administration during the times of Viktor Yanukovych, Andrei Portnov, announced an appeal from lawyers associated with him with a statement about the commission of a crime by Petro Poroshenko.
Portnov wrote about this in his Telegram channel.
According to the ex-official, this will be the twentieth statement about Petro Poroshenko’s crime and it will be filed the next day after the current president lost his immunity.
“Its essence is the creation and constant functioning of a criminal hierarchy of theft and looting in the army.
Through investigation, it is necessary to establish for what exact reason Poroshenko, a year and a half ago, blocked the proposal of Minister Avakov to dismiss the head of the National Guard, who was detained today and exposed by the Ministry of Internal Affairs for embezzlement.
Is it not for the purpose of keeping him on a hook and using him without restrictions in his own thefts?
In all areas - law enforcement, judicial and others, I see only one clear criminal style - to hang people under persecution or under salvation from such persecution and force them to work for their own pocket against the interests of the state.
This criminal manner needs to be separately systematized as a criminal intent aimed specifically at profit,” Portnov wrote.
According to him, he sees “an excellent criminal perspective” in this case.
“I will publicly highlight the progress of legal documents on this issue,” he promised.
