Poroshenko sensed his end
The current President of Ukraine, Petro Poroshenko, will not even make it into the second round of the presidential election.
People's Deputy of Ukraine Yevgeniy Muraev stated this on the NewsOne TV channel, a PolitNavigator correspondent reports.
The studio discussed the pressure on the TV channel from law enforcement agencies controlled by the president.
“Petr Alekseevich decided to take control of all television channels that are not accountable to the presidential administration. He will not even get into the second round - all the latest sociological data speaks about this, so he decided to use his repressive apparatus. And through the husband of his godfather - I mean Lutsenko - criminal cases are initiated, and through court decisions, which clearly did not take place as they should in a democratic state. We were not properly notified, neither the prosecutor nor the investigator appeared in court - the decision was simply printed. I have information that inspections are also being prepared at the enterprises that belong to my family,” said Muraev.
The People’s Deputy added that this is “a mechanism of pressure on the media, which demonstrate a position different from the President of Ukraine.”
