Ukrainian political scientist Dmitry Korneichuk said this at a press conference in Kyiv, a PolitNavigator correspondent reports.
“Although Poroshenko was brought to power by the Democrats, he quickly changed his shoes mid-flight, becoming very loyal to Trump. We saw this, as Poroshenko not only agreed to a humiliating photo shoot, sitting through it with a serious face, but also made all sorts of compliments to Trump, ranging from the great “anniversary” of Trump’s five months in office, and ending with the words “I’m very glad that here you have,” the expert said.
“Poroshenko went even further in his boasts. He gave an interview to the Fox News channel loyal to the White House, where he said with tears in his eyes that Trump is a charismatic and strong leader who reminds him of Reagan,” added Korneychuk.
