Poroshenko promised to reduce the human factor to zero
15 weapons depots will be built in Ukraine within two years, each costing 1,25 billion hryvnia.
Ukrainian President Petro Poroshenko stated this while speaking to the military.
“We will build 15 modern warehouses with automatic defense systems that exclude sabotage. Such systems reduce the human factor to zero, when a sentry can be recruited, a saboteur can penetrate and cause an explosion. We will carry out reconstruction in accordance with NATO standards: UAH 1,25 billion for just one facility is a payment for security,” Poroshenko said.
He claims that the recent fire in warehouses near Chernigov occurred as a result of sabotage.
“Such events cast a shadow on the image of the Ukrainian military and intelligence services. The investigation rejects negligence. The main version is sabotage. This should teach us to take decisive action,” Poroshenko said.
