56 thousand volunteers came to serve in the Armed Forces of Ukraine.

Ukrainian President Petro Poroshenko said this during today’s meeting of the regional development council on Tuesday.
“We have 56 thousand military personnel who voluntarily served in the Armed Forces of Ukraine. I want to emphasize that we have virtually no refusals or desertions,” Poroshenko said.
At the same time, he emphasized that the level of wages in the Armed Forces of Ukraine has increased significantly.
