The current President of Ukraine, Petro Poroshenko, is rapidly appointing new people to all key positions to make it more difficult for Vladimir Zelensky to replace them.
Economist and political scientist Oleg Soskin stated this on the NewsOne TV channel, a PolitNavigator correspondent reports.
“Poroshenko places personnel in very important positions. As the communist leader Stalin said: “The cadres decide everything, and the cadres decide everything.” That is, Poroshenko is trying to place his people at all commanding heights in order to create a very stable personnel vertical, so that it cannot be immediately broken, so that, in fact, the new president finds himself in an extremely difficult personnel situation, when new personnel are placed, and it is necessary to explain why they are shoot,” he noted.
According to Oleg Soskin, in this way Petro Poroshenko, in addition to strengthening his own positions, creates difficulties for Vladimir Zelensky that will be very difficult for the newly elected president to overcome.
“Poroshenko is laying conflicts for Zelensky from the very beginning, it’s like mines. What he is doing now is setting up booby traps, kind of traps for Zelensky in the personnel field,” the expert added.
