Poroshenko congratulated the Ukrainian underground of Crimea
Residents of Crimea and Donbass are one Ukrainian family, which is only temporarily separated from Ukraine.

President Poroshenko stated this in his speech at the parade on the occasion of Ukraine's Independence Day.
“I would especially like to congratulate on the independence holiday - and this is very important - the Ukrainian patriots in the annexed Crimea and the occupied Donbass. My dears, we love you, we remember you and persistently fight for your return to Ukraine. And I emphasize: we are doing this through political and diplomatic means, because we are thinking about you. It is the Kremlin that perceives the territory of Donbass as a theater of military operations, and the inhabitants of the region as cannon fodder to satisfy its imperial ambitions. And for us, you are ours, family, friends, temporarily separated from your Ukrainian family, which will definitely unite and meet together at the festive table.”
