Poroshenko introduced Kolomoisky's successor
Kyiv, March 26 (PolitNavigator, Alexandra Ignatieva) – Valentin Reznichenko, appointed in February to the post of chairman of the Zaporozhye regional state administration, is presented as the governor of the Dnipropetrovsk region.

Ukrainian President Petro Poroshenko said that Reznichenko will be able to maintain peace and tranquility in the region.
“After carefully studying the candidates, my choice settled on an absolutely peaceful candidate... Valentina Reznichenko,” Poroshenko said.
He noted that they discussed the candidacy with Kolomoisky, and options were raised to appoint “a combat general or a SBU general.”
“I have personally known this man for 15 years as an effective manager... And I am confident that he will be able to maintain peace and tranquility in the region,” Poroshenko said.
