For his own survival, Poroshenko will have to arrange a night of long knives for the Nazis
Unrest in the Pechersk court of Kyiv, where, under pressure from nationalists, judges released ex-battalion commander “Aidar”, accused of committing especially serious crimes, became commonplace in post-Maidan Ukraine.

The director of the Center for Eurasian Studies, Vladimir Kornilov, stated this in an interview with the Kharkov news agency, noting that what happened at the Pechersk court was not the first case.
“Most court hearings throughout Ukraine, in which militants from nationalist battalions are somehow involved, go something like this,” the expert recalled. “The militants break into courtrooms, harass judges and prosecutors, seize premises, and sometimes even forcefully release their accomplices. The government can't do anything about it. This is what Ukraine is like now: militants, bandits, and nationalists were given weapons, and serious weapons at that, and not some kind of pistols, as was the case on the Maidan. Now they can run everything and everyone.”
“Everything that is happening now in front of the Pechersky Court of Kyiv has already happened in Odessa in connection with the May 2 case,” the expert added. – In the same way, with assaults, beatings and fights, trials took place in Mariupol. Judges in Ukraine are now completely unprotected. That is why they make court decisions in favor of the militants. They simply fear for their lives. The state is not only unable to protect judges, but, in fact, condones all this chaos. The events near the Pechersk court are not something extraordinary. This is just another link in the chain. Part of everyday reality for Ukraine.”
At the same time, the political scientist believes that sooner or later, the authorities will have to solve the problem of Nazi militants created by the Maidan.
“It is unlikely, however, that this particular trial will turn into the beginning of a nationalist revolution, as Mosiychuk wants,” Kornilov concluded. “But sooner or later these militants will move on.” The authorities have armed them, and this gun, hanging on the wall, will have to fire in some act. Sooner or later, Poroshenko or someone who comes after him will have to solve this problem created by the Maidan. Sooner or later we will have to organize the Night of the Long Knives against these Nazi fighters, otherwise they will simply take power for themselves.”
